Yo do not need to indicate unless you are crossing into the next lane. If you are are crossing over into the oncoming lane, you also do not need to indicate as this is not your lane. Do not indicate when pulling back in either, wether you change lanes or not. You can use a hand signal if you wish, but you must do a lifesaver before pulling back.
You will not fail the emergency stop if you lock up as long as you release and reapply (this is what happened to me.) The examiner sees it as dealing with the situation correctly.
When you enter a 20mph zone there will be a sign to tell you, and an end sign when the road becomes 30mph again. ____________________ https://www.bikepics.com/members/fuzzbcf/

You are obviously going to do a lifesaver before overtaking, and this is usually indication to following traffic that you are about to do something. (If they are observant drivers of course.) ____________________ https://www.bikepics.com/members/fuzzbcf/
