Just read about these in Bike magazine. www.ebikeinsurance.co.uk
I'm not using them at the moment I'd just renewed with someone else before I saw them. Thought someone might be interested.
They offer a pay as you go type policy. You can alter the policy as you go throughout the year too, if you take out FC you can change to TPFT or FT over winter if you don't use the bike. You can have add up to four bikes and riders, you can even add a mates bike for a ride, etc. |

I also renewed with them about 6 weeks ago, I have already done a policy alteration. There were loads cheaper, gives cover to ride other bikes, open 27/4 so they are great.

Quoted me over a grand more than I currently pay with Motorbike Direct, not too impressed. ____________________ TheShaggyDA: I've got 3 or 4 pairs that predate my wife, so at least 11.5 years old. |

They are cheap but absolutely no use to me.
I haven't got a garage=no quote
They do not do Q plates
I can't have Mrs Robin on the policy for my small bike because she hasn't had her licence for 2 years.
This is on the classic policy though, I might go back and try putting my 2 bikes through a quote for standard policy. |

That's better, Standard policy (on 2 classic bikes ) works out at £174 for two riders on two bikes.
Still would work out cheaper if I went with them for the GT750 (£86pa), and continued with the little bike on it's classic policy that I now have. |

They're not interested in medical crap, only if you've told the DVLA. About half the price I've been quoted anywhere else. |

Well when I got my insurance my Meta alarm took the quote down £250. ____________________ Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. Think the RRP for my alarm the Meta 357TV2 is about £275-£300 I think. ____________________ Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. £849.45 for the SV. Better than most but not as good as the £520 I'm paying. Lower excess though. ____________________ Photos and that |

Apparently, having £500's worth of security equipment attached to my bike will only lower the premium by £50. It's the lowest quote I have received So far for TPFT, but the most expensive for TPO. ____________________ Bikes: too many, too much for one man to maintain anyway. |
