Turn the petrol tap off and then drain the float bowl. Then open the tap with a suitable pipe attached into a can and let it all run out the tap - don't forget reserve as well. I'd be disinclined to shake/tip the tank for fear of disturbing any crap in the bottom if it's more than a couple of years old..
Then fill with u/l and run as normal. Any small amount left in there will be well diluted and as it's a stroker a bit more smoke won't hurt.
The outcome of what's been done isn't nearly as bad as filling a diesel with petrol

If you have consumed enough diesel you wait till you go number1, well, that's what happens to me anyway, a derv smell  |

smoke a couple of cigars.. that should take care of any remaining diesel in your system  |
