Thanks a lot Mr. James! I will try it today.
Also, how is the Servo Motor suppose to react? I can't really understand that diagram.
Please let me know. Thanks ____________________ Visit www.hustlerproduction.tk for ?1 albums! |

Thats the Servo motor my friend, A diagram is at the top of the page. Look closely ad there should be a pointer and High or Low markings. Please tell me when you tun the key. Where is it pointing and does it just twich or move completely? Also when you go above 6500 how does it move and where is it pointing?
This would really help me as mine might be broken. Thanks ____________________ Visit www.hustlerproduction.tk for ?1 albums! |

Hi
You do not adjust the servo, just the cables that connect the servo to the valve.
It is not a restrictor (although I understand that some French market bikes are restricted by closing the valve at high speed, but you cannot stop this by adjusting it), but needs to be set up to give you full power at high revs (if it does not open fully then you will not get full power, just as if it does not close fully you will loose some power at low revs).
I would not like to try removing the RC valve from the engine with the engine in place. It is fiddling to do with the top of the engine taken off the bike. Not sure that they stick very often anyway.
RAVE is the Aprilia / Rotax power valve system. These are a simple and light system, but are prone to sticking (but can easily be removed and cleaned up with much work compared to the NSR).
All the best
