Last bloke who had my bike filled it up with fully synthetic oil. As its an old 'un I don't see the point, its more likely to cause problems than good old mineral. Do I need to flush ALL the oil out to change back to mineral or can it just be a normal oil change?

What bike? Dont worry about it too much, its not going to do it any damage so it can wait till it needs a change Thumbs Up

Bike is a GSX600F, not worried and not planning to do it straight away, just want to know if I have to get all the synthentic oil out before putting mineral in?

As long as you have the engine warm(ish) when you drain the oil the remenants of synth that are left wont make any difference. However you wont get all the oil out as some will still be up by the rockers etc.

As far as i know engine flush doesnt do wonders to bike engines so i wouldnt recomend that.

For that sort of engine I'd go for a semi-synthetic oil.
Just IMO you understand but I'd only use so called mineral oil in an ancient (and probably non-Japanese) machine.

On an old engine I'd recommend against doing an engine flush as you can dislodge a load of crap that's now part of the engine and cause more problems than it's worth. Bearing in mind some oil pathways are very fine.

As said all IMO, but said from experience.

Remember to change the filter at the same time, there is usually about 300ml of oil left in there when you drain the sump.
