first of all , did you drain out the air ? do you know how to do it ?
did you take out , clean and grease the right handle axis lever ?
did you scrap a bit with sand paper the surface of your new pads ?
i suggest :
1) take off the bolt of your right handle , clean it with waterproof sandpaper grade 400 . grease it , and put back . this axis is a constant problem on the NSR . when you crash your handle , nothing comes immediatly , then break strongly .
2) replace you break fluid (use dot 4) :
- pump on you handle , stay pressed on , open the drain bit on the caliper (your handle will go own) , stay pressed , close the drain bit
and start again the process .
- watch constantly the level of fluid in the box . after about 20 times and 80cc gone , it will be ok
note : avoiding fluid going everywhere on the ground , use a plastic pipe that you shove on the drain bit and put the other end in a bottle . you will be surprise about the drained fluid colour ! ____________________ the worst day fishing is better than the best day working |

With any handling problems I'd always make sure tyres are at the right pressure, not squared and have sufficient tread. ____________________ ...and the whirlwind is in the thorn trees, it's hard for thee to kick against the pricks...
