There are, I guess, good places to look but it is all subjective, all depends on your expereience, location, sex etc. Wink

I went with CIA insurance and many other young riders have. They key is TO HAGGLE with them and when they ask you for your cheapest quote, mae one up, but don't take the piss.

Er5 was about £490 tpft in glasgow on the street at the age of 19. At 21, it seems 700 will get a Rsv mille TPO. Goes down a fair bit.

Yes, do consider going for TPO as well - even if your bike is stolen it may end that you actually pay more if you have TPFT!

The basic rule is to call /every/ company you can.

I find only about three or four companies give me quote that are about half the price of the thirty or fourty others - and those three or four might be the last ones on the list!

yea i did this just rang and rang and one was about 1/2 price, funny even when i rang then back to give card details as didnt have it when i called first they lowered it a further from ~£300 to £210 with breakdown (which ive used) i went with Lexham as £210 TPO w/ breakdown at 17 in RS is pritty good, might be a different story for 600's though,

just ring and ring and get a list of all the quotes, then lots of people ring them all back round and state lowest quote, havnt tried this though.

Good luck! Thumbs Up
