does anyone else get cramp in their fingers when you have been out for a long ride ? My right hand hurts for a couple of days after. I think maybe im gripping the handle too tight ? are my gloves too thick ?

If your getting cramp then you are gripping too tight, if its pins and needles then your leaning on your wrists too much. I have got it in the past and still get it sometimes now.

What bike do you ride?

Bought some summer gloves at the show but had to stop near leek to change back into my thick ones due to frostbite Crying or Very sad Maybe i just need to loosen my grip a bit.

Ye, try and loosen your grip, if you went 3 hours like it then im not surprised your hand is hurting.

Just loosen your grip a bit and see if that improves.

I find that changing grips can help aswell, I have less aches in winter due to heated grips,, (not cos there warm but because there thicker rubber they lessen the vibration) my bike vibrates at 4500rpm at 70mph ish, calms down at 9000 but thats around 85-90 mph,
try using your legs to grip the tank and relax your arms,
also you could buy a throttle buddy thing, it works by resting your palm on it instead of gripping the throttle,
my friend has one of those cheep throttle controll things that at a flick of the thumb it will hold your throttle in what ever position, personally a mtch works just as well, lodge it between the grip and the switch unit, this way you can move your right hand to get rid of any aches
