 |
|
I have a huge handbuilt shed (It takes 2 bikes, fridge, dumbledryer, worktop with ease) but I've noticed that sometimes it gets quite damp in there (tumble dryer hasnt been used in days btw)
All my tools/bikes/minimoto etc are covered in damp water now, I know it's been near freezing the last few days and today it's wet and warm but should it still get damp in the shed?
Got any tips to keep the dampness away? ____________________ My bikes are at https://www.bikepics.com/members/dynamight/ |

If you've got power in the shed fit a small tube heater or green house heater with a thermostat on it. ____________________ don't take it easy 'ride it like you stole it' |

I've been thinking about the fridge/freezer. It's always got condensation on it.
Mabe I need a VERY cheap form of heater in there to keep the temp up slightly. Something with a thermostat.
Any suggestions? ____________________ My bikes are at https://www.bikepics.com/members/dynamight/ |

Knock it down, build a new shed rather like a house, damp proof, full insulation, heating and ventilation
Of course I dont expect you to really do that.....just cause my OH is in the process of doing just that for the babies and crap that goes with them, who knows, he may even move in!
