I try and nod at people when I can including scooter riders. There are far more people nodding at me now it is winter. As a learner on a 125 I get the feeling that people don't nod at me as they thing they are better. Maybe they are but it's a little sad really.

Ah bless Groovearmada, if you were over here you would definately get a nod from my OH on his sports tourer, he nods to all and others do him, always have done.
When I first started riding pillion last year it tickled me how all bikers nodded to each other as you dont see cagers doing it. Since I have removed my L's I have had some nods, never got them whilst with them on Crying or Very sad its a great feeling to finally to of reached this level, lol!

Nod at everyone, apart from scooters. I won't always nod if I'm concentrating too much on traffic/apex points/etc.

Nod to random peds and scooters. It's funny watching them wobble as they fill their pants with sex-wee.

Nod to anyone, dont normally bother noding to scooters because

A: They dont get whats happening most of the time
B: Almost never nod back (mostly due to point a?)

Have seen about 4 bikes in as many weeks, allot more scooters on the road, so currently noding to all...

(I always make sure to nod to Lplate riders, muchos respect for getting into bikeing because its bloody hard work when you first start)

There'd be a lot of sore necks if all car drivers nodded to all other car drivers. My mate's got an old Morris Minor (daft bugger spent about 20k on the thing, there's hardly an original part left) and he tends to get acknowledgement if he wever passes another one.

On the bike, I'm still new. I nod at everything.
