Picked up my first proper bike today (New).I know i could have bought a hornet,or a lighter faster bike but this one apart from being a bit heavy "feels right"and i am chuffed to bits with it...
Apart from a slight problem of a non working rear indicator which turned out to be a blown bulb..

Nice
Enjoy it mate
Definately think about getting some R&G crash bungs - they can save you a lot of upset and money
Bigger bikes are heavy and once they start to tip over sometimes it's very hard to stop them - that's when you could say "Thank God I got those R&Gs"

I've only had the older style bandits but absolutley love em. Wouldn't mind trying a newer one to see if there's much difference.

Looks tidy.
It's not so bad if you crash a bandit. So many peple own them and use them for stunting. They do it in a very predictable way, you break the clock bracket, tailpiece and alternator cover. All these bits are available as aftermarket replacements (they even make alternator covers with skid-plates built into them for multiple crashers.)
Not saying you are going to crash like, these bits are made for the people who feel the need to practice balance-point rolling stoppies all the time. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink.
