Me again Rolling Eyes
I'm having trouble finding the right Leo Vince ZX for my ped.
I'm having trouble, because my Ped has the CAT System, and so i don't know how to go about it.
If i remove the system, then i would surely have a hole in the carb? or to that effect, and also need to upjet it, yet if i don't remove it, there would be a loose pipe doing nothing but taking in air?
Anyone got any ideas?

Also, is it possible to get a new speedo card? as in just the bit of card with the numbers on it?
one that goes higher than 50 mph, but the numbers up to that are evenly spaced out the same as the original?
Cheers
David

The CAT is in the exhaust not the carb. I don't know about rejetting but none of my mates ever rejetted after derestricting and they're all going fine. *Touch wood*
If the exhaust is standard then they tend to be be pretty restrictive so just a new exhaust should do the job. You won't need a speedo that goes higher than 50 (unless you live at the top of a hill Laughing )

Help if we knew which scooter it was Rolling Eyes Cat usually sits above the flywheel cover, im sure you block it off when you put a different exhaust on it (or take it right off)

You will need to upjet though, Usually just a couple of sizes Wink

The pipe isn't a cat, it's an air recirc. You HAVE to rip it out. If i were you, i'd just get a garage to fit the exhaust. It will definitely need rejetting, too.

Apparently there is a way it can just be blocked up though?

the problem then is you end up with pipes flapping around, if you remove the pipe and put a cover over where it enters the carb, you should be ok.

You sure your clock aint in KM/H ?? 50KM/H is roughly 30MPH so that would be about right for a restricted ped ..........

Take Care
