i goty a new engine for my rxs from a breakers a few days ago and today after putting it into the frame i found that one of the exhaust bolts is seized into the thread...how dop i get the dam thing out!!!!...i know it can come out as obviously the dude at the breakers removed it not long ago as i saw the bike the engine came out of a month or so before

Try seeping plenty of penetrating oil in 1st and leaving it to soak a while before trying again.

I also found heating it with a blowtorch helped immensely.

Is it an allen head bolt? If so, if you round the thread you can grip the outside with a set of molegrips after heating it and get good leverage.

ok im not being technical here its a 12 mm nut but the nut is like on a bolt and when i undo the nut(if i could ) the bolt will come out with it

The "bolt" is a stud, doesn't matter if it comes out with the nut you can sort it out off the bike and either clean it up or get a replacement. Much better than snapping a bolt off inside the head you get two chances either the nut comes off on it's own or it comes off with the stud...a win win situation Mr. Green .

Indeed, my GSXR has bolts into the head. I am going to convert to studs as the bolts were total bastards to get out last time.

remove the lot! Find a suitable steel bolt and cut the head off, hey presto new stud.

no the stud is stuck too, nothing will move and i dont want to force it and snap it in the head...sorry for bad description

well heat the bugger up with a blow torch nice and hot, then allow to cool.

repeat a few times.

then get a fark off spanner on the nut and get it off.
