Has anyone got one?

Was wondering if theres anything like a universal one at all? or something equateing to one...

As it is, finding it extreemly rare the throttle is geting opened anywhere near fully, in fact its very difficult to open it fully, which is makeing the bike slower than it could be...

What sort of money would i be looking at? Question

you mean a mechanical one?

I remember seeing one in the busters 2005 catalogue , which changed the twist grip so it was 1/8 of a turn rather than 1/5 , I don't have this catalogue anymore so if anybody else has the 2005 catelogue they might be able to lookit up for you

ace, how much are they?

What would a standard throttle tend to be? it seems like mine needs turning more or less 270º arround to get to full opening Rolling Eyes

Not wanting something too serveer, just something that don't need me to dislocate my arm to get it fully open Neutral

It's a bit more expensive at demon tweeks, but you can get a vague idea of how they work here https://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/products/ProductDetail.asp?cls=MCYCLE&pcode=EUR80136

https://www.amalcarburettors.co.uk/spares_05.htm

Some various ones including a slow throttle? (720 degree twist?)

https://beedspeed.com//product_info.php?products_id=2466&osCsid=fad3d7c3b886491be93ce582ba67d493

one for a vespa (might work might not)

both under £30

Can't find the details, but there's a standard one that racers use which is a tad under £40 and comes with inserts to adjust it as appropriate I think.
It is only a single cable design as you generally want to take off the return cable in racing as it helps stop skipping from engine braking.

I've got one on one of my SVs and it works well, looking to get one for the other one.

https://www.arracing.co.uk/

Don't seem to list on their site, but give him a call if you're interested - usually pretty helpful.

1/4 turn isn't actually too bad; I have about that on my seriously downgeared and tuned ZX9 and It's still controllable.
My minimoto has under an 1/8th turn and has half decent power coming out of tight corners, but can still use it accurately.

Just remembered the name of mine it's a Venhill quick action throttle.

Doesn't look very pretty, but does the job well
Note that of course with these you have to squeeze it in next to switch gear.

Just take the twist grip out and superglue some strips of brass until the grip has become wide enough so that it turns quicker!
