My uncle's got one on his car, but that's about it. I'd never have one, for the odd reason that if I really pissed someone off, a personal number plate would be easier for them to remember Laughing

My car one ends in GBM - my initials. Not private though. My bike ends in PUV, which is, well, nothing. Laughing

I wouldn't mind a plate which ended with CAT, but I know the first thing I think when I see a private plate is 'tosser'. Not because they have a private plate, but because tossers are invariably drawn to private plates. So if I got it, it would have to be a 'proper' one, with the **## prefix.

I don't mind private plates at all. But I don't like plates where people have to doctor the fonts, layout or fixtures of the plate in order to make it appear different.

Such as a screw placed between two I 's in order to make it appear as a letter H.

I just think it looks a bit tacky.

That's a valid point. At least real ones serve their purpose which is basically being flashy and showing people you have a lot of money.

The ones that are normal dvla issue ones bodged to look like like a word/name completely defy the point.
