I've never moved so fast in my life. OK, it's only a bloody May Fly, but my God they're scarily big. Over an inch long, that one. Crying or Very sad

So it lands on the floor after I yell and swing at it, and I calmed down enough to take that photo.

Then it suffered a baseball bat related death, and it's lying on the floor now. I keep looking at it every 10 seconds, just to make sure it's dead. Crying or Very sad

I shouldn't laugh at you really because i hate may fly's and one scared the crap out of me the other night.

I was stood at the bathroom sink, next to the open window, brushing my teeth, when this may fly crashes into the medicine cabinet 1 inch from my face! I screamed, spat out my toothpaste, threw my tooth brush out the window and jumped out of the bathroom in one leap, yelling "CRAP! CRAP! CRAP! CRAP!"

aw may flys are lovely and so short lived, i used to spend an hour rescuing them off our landing every year. they make a cool noise as well Smile

Bugs and insects are just disgusting and annoying.

One time a wasp was sitting on my leg and I set my hand on it, felt a strange buzzing feeling on my finger and then a sting, jumped up and freaked out like a little girl because I had no idea what it was. Embarassed

Found a giant wasp one day (or something that looked just like one) that was about 2 inches long, that was fucked up. Neutral
