Basically i have two Choices,

Do i buy a first big bike?

Or do i save up for a holiday next year with my gf to either, Turkey for 2 weeks, or Australia for a Month?

Bear in mind i currently have a CBR 125, and i love it to bits and cant fault it, all it needs is a few minor repairs and it'll be back to original condition.

Also i have not been on holiday since 2002 when i went to Australia with my Mum, if i went to Australia id be staying with my best mate, otherwise if i went Turkey we have access to GF's Dad's Villa.

So what you reckon?

well i think you need to decide, if you feel that you want the holiday more than bike, then go!! If you really want a bike the get a bike!!

Its a bike forum so chances are more people will say bike but you have to make that choice. A big bike is the best thing to have but not going for 3 years should mean your overdue a holiday Thumbs Up

I must be over due lots and lots, I haven't been on holiday since 1995 Razz

I wouldn't be able to decide, I would love to get away, but then I would really want the bike..... hard decision.

Or why not get the bike and have a short 'touring' holiday on said bike to the South of France or such like? That would be my choice Smile

Id like to get a bike, but im happy with my CBR, its fast enough for what i need at the moment, i dont do any fast A Road, or ,otorway Journey's, and if i do go on the Motoryway, its happy enough at 75 in the middle lane.

Just i really need to get away, ive not been out of Manchester for coming up 5 years now and its depressing. Plus, it'f be nice to spend 14/30 days with my gf instead of the 3 days we normally do.

And also, ive lost my tan Crying or Very sad

Seems you've already made up your mind.

In future, maybe try not consulting any of us for help because it really does seem like anything we say that you don't want to hear goes in one ear and out the other.

And australia/turkey will always be in the same place, and available to visit. Same cannot be said of the perfect bike Wink

Depends on what bike you get, but it will probably last longer than a relationship Wink.
