What do you mean by cables fit? The throttle cable?

i do not understand what you mean by 'make the cables fit' so cant help you on that one Wink

What he means is that the stock Cagiva throttle cable isn't long enough to use with the 34 and 35mm carbs - it's too short, so holds the throttle open.

Personally, I'd just go and buy a universal throttle cable and make it up meself to whatever length was required... solder on the endpieces by holding it in flame of a gas stove and applying solder just as it begins to glow red. You only need a slight increase over current throttle cable...

Flip up yer tank and you'll see a plastic circular item, into which the throttle cable from the twistgrip passes. It stops there. Out the other side come 2x separate cables - 1 for oil pump, and the other to the carb. Strip and remove this cable, then make one up that's about 3cm longer or so (check with folks on 125ccsb exactly how much extra length is needed - don't go off my guess).

Hi

Venhill should be able to help with cables.

To be honest give the effort to set them up, and having the oil feed on the other side of the carb, I would go for the Mikuni as it was a standard carb (although pretty rare).
