Yep, adjust the idle screw by screwing it in (clockwise) to increase the idle speed. Do it a small amount at a time (no more than 1/4 turn) and let the engine settle between adjustments. Make a note of how much you moved it in case you want to put it back to how it was (always a good idea when messing with anything on your carbs).
When you have the idle speed set, you may need to use the cable adjuster to take up excessive slack in the throttle cable (leave a small amount of slack, couple of mm or so).
As it happens, I did a picture of a CG125 carb with the idle screw and cable adjuster marked in.
