Excuse the quality, only had my phone on me. So far racked up a whopping 46 miles. Still has all the 'warning' stickers etc. ____________________ Current: '07 Suzuki SV1000 & '07 Honda SH300i (again).

...comfy, not a stretch but not cramped either. I'm 5'10-5'11 and I find the bikes suits me to a T. As everyone knows, the seat is higher than others around the same class, but even still I can put both feet down no worries albeit not flat down.
Thanks to the appalling weather (sinve I bought the bike ) I haven't down a long journey on it yet, so will have to see what I think after a coastal trip. ____________________ Current: '07 Suzuki SV1000 & '07 Honda SH300i (again).

They're nice, but small... Great on a track, I'm sure, but I need something bigger for going any distance. Parked alongside my 'bike they look like a minimoto (my lodger has a yellow one)
Oh, and I'd have a word with your dealer - he appears to have forgotten to put the black bits on your numberplate. ____________________ Change is inevitable - except from a vending machine.

From the test ride before I bought mine, I can safely say the mid rnage is astonishing, believe the reviews! It really doesn't even compare to my trusty CBR. I haven't really got much of the mid range flavour from mine yet as I'm being very good and patient with running it in.
As for size, it is small in stature but it's certainly taller than my chunky CBR.
About the hugger, I did see a nice carbon one online that would do a decent job, can't remember where now. ____________________ Current: '07 Suzuki SV1000 & '07 Honda SH300i (again).

have a look on the www.triumph675.net forums. better solutions for the hugger and peg holes if you search there. seat height settles a bit as the suspension settles in.
if you are under 11st you will want to fiddle with the suspension a bit, it comes set too hard with too much preload at the rear. theres some specs on the forum. setting for your weight also improves the ride height, im 5'8" 145lbs and with it set up for me i can flat foot mine with both feet at the same time, no problem. ____________________ 1988 TZR125 : 1990 RD350YPVS/ RGV250 HYBRID : 1982 RD80LC : 1983 RD80LC : 1994 RGV250 : 1991 TZR125 / CR500R HYBRID : 1976 BENELLI 500 QUATTRO : 2006 TRIUMPH 675 |
