try air box and carbs not sure on the setup on these but they could be full of sh** and nead cleaning if you sure it not eletrical just a posibility ____________________ "WHAT DO YOU MEAN 100 MPH THATS IMPOSSIBLE Its chinese OFFICER."

For it to be electrical, it would be either 1&4 or 2&3 that cut out. It wouldn't cut out 1&2, thats not how coils work.
The only thing I'm not sure about it why it would only do it in the wet. Unless its affecting the fuel pump, and the fuel level is just a mm or 2 lower in 1&2 than 3&4, & they have just enough fuel to run on!?
