The gearing here is what i presume to be standard, as you tap the footpeg down it pushes the linkage towards to front of the bike and due to it being mounted ontop of the gear selector rod thingy it turns this rod anti clockwise. to tap up a gear it does the opposite.
So. if i wanted to reverse the gearing all i would have to do is mount the linkage on the underside of the gear selector rod thingy and it would then be 5 down 1 up gearing as the rod rotates the opposite way.
To anyone who can understand that, am i right? ____________________ Current Bike: 1996 Yamaha TRX850 (The Japanese-Ducati One).
