Just posted a letter from the daughter to her new boyfriend.
Now they txt, talk via phone for hours (via orange magic number), facebook, MSN, etc. yet she still wrote a letter
Is this a dying art or do others feel the need to use this original form of communication? ____________________ ...and the whirlwind is in the thorn trees, it's hard for thee to kick against the pricks...

I was just kidding!
I got dumped by fax of all things, many moons ago! No doubt the office ladies had a good old laugh before they gave it to me

I like writing letters and have a friend in the forces and send him a letter every week when he's away. He still prefers a proper letter to the e-bluey!
The other thing is writing postcards! Nothing better than getting a postcard from someone having a good holiday and telling you all about it..........or someone with a good sense of humour telling you how awful it is! Not the same as a text.
I like nice handwriting and hate text speak, so I may be biased.......and old!! ____________________ 'The core of a man's spirit comes from new experiences'
