https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FERRARI-D-O-H-C-MOTORCYCLE-UNIQUE-OPPORTUNITY_W0QQitemZ170379706925QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Motorcycles?hash=item27ab6c022d&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14
Was honestly just searching ebay for prices of a motorbike within my tastes and this came up mind is blown.
I had no idea something like this existed. Discussion: is this worth the money?
If you didn't bother to click the link, "FERRARI D.O.H.C - MOTORCYCLE - UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY!!", Price: £249,991.00! ____________________ will never give up his CG. I look at my fuel gauge more as a progress bar than a fuel gauge.
G: With my GSXR I do often effectively use it as a scooter with a clutch in town.
ms51ves3: why does it need 500 miles? Are you teaching it how to be a piston? |

It's a unique opportunity, just the like other one he's selling. The other one must be crap as it's £41 quid cheaper |

Don't you people know viral marketing when you see it?
Clearly not or you wouldn't have posted.
He put a bike up at an extortionate price because people will notice and post threads on forums and email one another to talk about it.
When they do so, they will also look at the other stuff he has for sale. Like you just did.
He does not intend to sell the bike, it is not worth the asking price, it is a ploy to make you tell all your mates about it so they look at his other items. It worked.
EDIT: Triumph are shit hot at viral marketing. You've all seen the "How they make a rocket 3" video yeah?
I also know for a fact that when they have a new model coming out, they arrange for it to be "seen" parked up at a motorway service station so they get "spy shots" on the front page of MCN instead of paying thousands for an advert. I know the guy whose job it was to cut the nibs off the tyres and push it round in the dust a bit so it looks like it's been ridden before they load it in the van. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. I did the 2010 Round Britain Rally on my 350 Bullet. 89 landmarks, 3 months, 9,500 miles. |

Also, its not an RR (or SP as he calls it). Its the standard P model road going frame, not the N model (RR).
Granted it does have alot of race kit parts on it, but its just a stock P chassis. WAY overpriced.
