OK, so here it goes. Last night my mate texted me asking me if I could teach his misses how to ride a 125 on the account of his (rich ass dad) bought a CBR for her. My mate has ridden for a lot less than me but he's the more of a more money less skill kinda guy. So I said yes I'll do it tomorrow. (Tonight)

So I rode into Didcot from Brightwell (Village I live) to meet my other mate who's got my first mates old CBR125, (the one asking me to teach his misses, he's on a ninja 250) and there's this huge ass traffic jam going into Didcot. Filtered through all that, (been a long time since I filted through half a mile of traffic) it was a good feeling. Wink Met my mate, we both rode past the accident, 2 cagers tapped each others car, bearing in mind this was at rush hour. We both rode up to PC World car park where we were going to meet my first mate and his misses.

We got there, I showed her some stuff, correcting my first mate on things he tried to tell her to impress her a lot of the time haha. But yeah, to her credit she got it really quickly, pulling away very easily and smoothly. We decided we were going to pay my third mate a little visit, he works in MadHouse (discount clothing store) for basically below the minimum wage. He's kinda the do nothing all day lazy guy. He spends more money on fuel getting to work than he makes. Mainly because his dad thought it was a funny thing to put a Mini Cooper exhaust on a moped. It doesn't sound good, at all. It's loud and annoying.

So we left my CBR and my 2nd mates CBR at the car park and drove (1st mate didn't bring his ninja, was driving) into Oxford to grab some food. All the norm so far. Saw our 3rd mate and told him to meet us at PC World car park. He said alright and carried on working, we set off, grabbed some food and decided it would be funny to find his moped and knowing the seat doesn't have a lock (his dads handy work) we decided to put all our fast food litter in there as a joke.

So as we arrived back in PC World car park there was 1 police van, about 3 squad cars, a mobile kitchen about 20 coppers. (I took pics for you people on BCF specially Wink ) We pulled in, straight away I thought something was up with my bike, but immediately ruled it out because they don't take bike thief's that seriously. Laughing

So we parked up, I got out with my 1st mate and walked over to see what all the fuss about. The fuzz were pretty cheerful, first joking about a body then commenting on how his life isn't that exciting, then telling us it was just a drink/drive pull over check. So, there we were, waiting around finishing our milkshakes, when we remembered our 3rd mate was coming into PC World car park, with his incredibility loud exhaust.

At first we were laughing about it, then realising he might actually get in trouble, but too late, we could hear him coming down the road and pulling in only to almost fall off his moped as the fuzz stopped him, pointing for him to park his bike in the car park. We all got out and followed as he parked. He, being the dipstick he is, parked in a disabled spot. We quickly told him to move, and apparently they only asked him about his exhaust and told him just to get it checked. And then he opened his seat to find all our rubbish, many lols were had. Laughing So we waited around a while, watching the police hoping for something interesting to happen. Of course on a Thursday night, nothing did. So we set off home.

This is where the weird stuff happened... Was coming out of Oxford, was slowing down for a junction, felt perfectly fine. Stopped as normal, left leg on floor waiting to pull away. As soon as the light hit amber I started to see black and feel sick. I almost lost consciousness and a second later I was fine, only to see me half standing over my bike as it was on the floor. Not much damage, just scratched fairing and lost left indicator. I took it easy going home obviously, but was completely fine. I feel a bit odd at the moment but other than that I've been fine. Nothing weird all week. I haven't drank, taken anything or done anything. I've been quite stressed lately, or mild/acute depression as the NHS has put it. But I didn't think I pass out because of this? If anything I'm grateful it didn't happen on the A34... But it still worries me.

Has it happened to anyone else? I'm hoping its one of those "Yeah get it all the time don't worry" and I just haven't heard of it things. However I'm very doubtful.

I'm kinda worried. Neutral Thumbs Down

And of course, pictures as promised. They're not very good. Not sure why they're small, they taken from a mobile but I'm tired and fed up with repairing my bike so I'm going to bed.

Those are the symptoms of sudden death syndrome, you should probably go and see a doctor.

I think it definitely sounds like the Aids to me, although there's not yet enough evidence to make a diagnosis of 'good' or 'bad' Aids - although from your story, i, inclined to believe you'd be partial to a bit of fun with a monkey's bum, so i'll go for 'Bad Aids'..

Did a '98 R1 leave you standing at the lights? I've heard that happening can have this effect on anyone left behind, something to do with motion sickness... i.e. the world being spun round in reverse by the power that is the R1 as it sets off. Thumbs Up

Probably a sugar spike from the fast food, have felt faint and sick after a maccyD's before and as its all super fast release carbs you can actually get a come down off it quite fast.

The sugar spike and come down could also effect you if you've been stressed/down, maybe your blood pressure is high if you've felt like that.
