Use a press with the aid of spacers, that you've made specially for the job, to get them out.

Or

Use a big hammer and a socket thats about the right size.

Either way, remember to press the bearing out from the outer ring and not the inner one.

You mean in the shock linkage?

As said. Prise out the rubber seals with a small screwdriver then either press them out with a hydraulic press or hammer them out with a drift.

You MIGHT be able to put the whole linkage in the oven set to "really fucking hot" and wait for them to fall out. Heating would certainly make them easier to remove in any case.

I've found they usually drift out of the linkage pretty easy even when cold as long as water hasn't got i there.
