hello i have a honda c90e, the engine has been put on to a pitbike frame so it only has the basic wiring to run.

it used to run but used to cutting out when you tried to apply any sort of throttle, i cleaned and then eventually change the carb, so i was told to check the points, so i set them to 0.3-0.4mm which is what it says in the manual.

however i now not getting a spark at the plug or at the points, and now i dont no what i need to do or check, should i check the voltage etc at the different wires and coil, if so what are the values i am looking for and how do i check the coil.

If not what else should i check or do?

thanks
