Hi
Depends on the condition of the hoses on there. Main advantage is that it forces you to bleed the brakes properly.
As to 2 hose or 3 hose, makes no difference other than cost. 2 hose kits are cheaper, but the only reason they are referred to as race style is because some race rules do no permit the brake hoses to split below the bottom yoke.

I got braided purely down to price, were going cheap on ebay.
Cant really tell if there is a difference, I was practically riding without front pads before... so unsure if braking has been significantly improved  |
