well i believe the indicator screw is a self tapper type screw.
ie one of these: https://www.adfasteners.com/images/self_tapping_screws_2.jpg
so generally its the diameter and length you need to find out by measuring the old screw.
Take it to the shop and they will pair you up with a new one, there only like 15p |

Annoying fiddly fragile things. I'd just drill a 3mm hole right through the whole unit, fit a long bolt, and put a spring washer and nut on the back of it. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
