take all the bulbs out and put the fuse in, switch on the ignition and lights, does it still blow?
turn off ignition, put in the side light, turn on ignition and lights, does it blow?
turn off ignition, put in dip side bulb, turn on ignition and lights, does it still blow?
repeat with the main beam bulb.
doing it this way will at least narrow it down to which (if any) bulb it is, if none, grab a wiring diagram and see what's wired into the same circuit ____________________ -=Facebook=-

You could also check the battery Pos + wire, make sure it's not chafing on the frame, and wires around the headstock, wires coming from the stator/generator, check inside the switches, reposition the loom to see if it helps. Use the correctly rated fuse wire rather than fuses while trying to find the problem, should save a bit on fuses ____________________ Space Is Deep |

do you have a tester? would be a lot cheaper than blowing bulbs one by one ____________________ -=Facebook=-

Take alook at the headlight wires. They run close to the subframe.
Check the battery teminal/starter solenoid and the rear light.
Wires are really tight on the CBRs |
