Nice. Polished metal = win.

Don't put flakes in the paint. Unless you're a girl and then, and EVEN then! Don't do it. It's disgusting.

Something strangely nice about RS125 frames..

just another little update.my bloody gazebo blew down the garden on the weekend so been busy building my shed.so in between here's where i got to.i have sprayed the handlebars and fixed them in place,i had to extend the wireing for the instrument cluster so got that done too.apart from that iv just been sanding my frame down.its been about 3 weeks now and iv been doing it for 2 hours every night without fail and im still on the top half of one side.not even started the other side yet!!fingers are hurting.big time!!!also started working on the clocks.i was going to go for bandit clocks but thought i would seperate the original speedo, rev counter cluster, and tbh i think they look part.so nipped to my local bike breakers and bought some damaged clocks(£5 cant go wrong)and used the housing after cutting it down and spraying them black too.let me know what you lot think so far.

Invest in this kit, its not dear.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Metal-Polishing-Kit-4-Aluminium-Brass-NFK0-4001-/300417343941?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item45f244e1c5

Will be a quicker job, easier on your fingers and the finish you'll get (if done correctly) will be so much better.

Would be polished if he actually used a nice fucking polish on his ally coated frame, instead hes scratching the fuck out of it with autosol.

Do yourself a favour, mop + drill + blue wax polish off ebay = Mirror finish.

the reason it is scratched to fuck is because it was pitted so i am sanding it down to clean alli.so im not scratching the fuck out of it with autosol because that doesnt scratch it anyway u tit.have u ever actually used it???
and its not alli COATED either .IT IS FUCKING ALLI!!!which is why they are so light.go abuse someone else who has done nothing wrong to you.

right been busy with a proper single seat conversion.i have cut the back seat off and been working on a custom mould for the back end.i looked every where for something like what i want and nothing has popped up.so its a trial and error with fibreglass till i get it right.i started with chicken wire to see how perfect i could get the shape with mesh.but it ended badly.so i did some more research, spoke to some specialists and they suggested this method, for cheapness and ease.i made a "something like" mould with polystyrene, then coated it in pva and covered with foil. 1. to act as kind of a release agent and 2. to stop the polystyrene melting.here is where im at now.this is just a prototype to see how easy it will be when making the finished product.once finished im thinking 3 round brake lights and somehow corporating some indicators in somewhere too.
