Does the throttle work properly and are you sure the choke is not stuck?

And the basic question, what about the idle screw?

I'd suggest either a sticking throttle or an air leak round the inlet manifold

Throttle sticking would be my starter for 10.

First off, check you put the throttle valve back in the right way round. Cutaway to the rear. Also make sure the throttle needle hasn't come adrift when you put it back in, there isn't much holding it in place, if you didn't get it cleanly down the main jet when you put it back together, it can push up into the middle of the throttle body.

If you take the carb rubber off, you'll be able to see the throttle valve moving as you open and close the throttle.

Other potential causes are things like the cable having come off its runner in the twist grip and a poorly routed cable.

it appears there has been alot of fiddling for no reasons. alot of the random cutting out is down to the ignition switch playing up.

It could also have been the fuel tap, on my former bike GPz550 the faulty fuel tap (blocked with dirt), did caused cutting out + I had dirty tank breather, if I rode it in high revs a while, it caused the same thing Thinking

I think you should post photos of the parts in question because you are giving every impression of not knowing what you're talking about.

Carb upside down, float bowl removed, in good light, in focus and of a decent resolution.

So like this:

Not like this:
