Sorry, moving and new thread happening at the same time. Have deleted the spare as no replies.
Where has it snapped? It's unusual for a header pipe to snap. Or has it rusted through? ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”

Huh, you're right, they're not exactly growing on trees.
One possibility is that a Chinese copybike pipe will fit. I believe that engine is the one that's used in a lot of copybikes (the other being the CG copyengine).
I've found CMPO to be pretty helpful in the past and they certainly know their copybikes. Worth a try?

Thanks, ecomentals.
Short of binning your FI and fitting a carb, you could drill and tap a hole for the sensor. It might require welding an appropriate sized nut on to give enough to thread into.
Sorry, sucks to be you.
In extremis, if you're absolutely stuck, I guess you could ask a Suzuki dealer. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
