Tappet gaps are right, but were they done with the engine stone cold?
Although that sounds electrical. It's mis-firing rather than firing poorly.
Coil, or coil and lead? If it's coil and lead then it sounds like you've replaced everything in the ignition circuit, so I'd hazard a guess at a bad connection.
Either the main earth, the CDI plug, or check that the low tension leads on the coil at secure - I had both the latter two issues on my CG125 copy-engine, which produced similar behaviour.
If it's not that, I'd suspect the pickup coil on the stator, but I'd check all the connections first. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

When a similar problem happened with my bike it ended up being a problem with the spark plug cap not connected to the lead properly. ____________________ I want your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle.

Worth a try, it sound like something in the electrical system and you've ruled out pretty much everything else. I had to crimp my spade connectors a bit to get them tight on the (aftermarket, because racebike) coil. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
