I've got a Delkevic carbon shorty for that exact bike. Had it on for 5 minutes, but too loud. Ping me if interested.
It will be the headers that have snapped, right before the can. Depends on the state of the studs as to how easy it is to change.
Delkevic also do stainless headers. ____________________ Currently: Yamaha DT 125 LC2,Repsol Fireblade, and Bumblebee MSX 125 |

Please post an update of how it sounds when you've fitted it. ____________________ There ain't no devil, there's just god when he's drunk.

Well, the exhaust came today - quality looks really good. Couple of problems though. The Oxygen Sensor on the old link pipe just won't come out. Its stuck fast and no amount of heat, GT85 and brute force will remove it so I've given up on trying to refit that. I'm not sure whether to buy a new sensor or just blank the opening off and fit a sensor eliminator plug like the one listed below:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Oxygen-lambda-o2-sensor-eliminator-Complete-kit-Kawasaki-er-ER-6f-2006-2015-/261523003760?fits=UKM_Make%3AKawasaki&hash=item3ce3fc5970:g:98kAAOSwvt1WRbig
I'm thinking that if its a new straight through exhaust then there's not much point in fitting a new sensor anyway and the cabling can sometimes rub against the fairing causing it to short. Has anyone else done this and if so, did it make a difference to the fueling?
Also, I think I need a new link pipe gasket. The old one just won't come out either and I don't really want to start poking and prodding in case it damages it. So need to find another one of them. ____________________ Current - Harley Davidson FXDB Street Bob | Harley Davidson FLTR Road Glide | Harley Davidson Road King

My first port of call would be Lextek, can get a stubby well within your budget & they have a good rep' on a lot of the FB pages i'm part of. Clicky. You may need to contact them about a link pipe though, the guy who does a fair chunk of their sales/advertising is called Paul, extremely sound bloke.
Failing that - A16, SP Engineering, Delkevic and Danmoto appear to offer some alternatives. You have a fair few options |
