 |
|
Hi, now the colder weather looks set to return I've been thinking about adding a cold weather fuel additive to my tank after someone told me it can greatly reduce engine wear when starting on cold mornings.
Any of you guys do this already/reccommend it?
And more to the point where the hell do you buy it from...can't seem to find it anywhere.
Cheers.

It may not be necessary. The petrol you get from the pump is changed during the year, so that it copes better with the weather conditions. If you want to reduce wear, you could consider using an oil that is thinner at low temperatures. ____________________ My Old CBR400RR | Bike Oil FAQ | Petrol FAQ |
