hi my nsr is playing up again samething happened pissing out coolent out of the expansion tank i put the gasket on yesterday without liquid gasket how you said tighten bolts up opposites but i dont have a torque wrench could doing them too tight casue this?also is the cap on the expansion tank meant to have a hole in the middle cause isnt the cooling system emant to be sealed? the plan is fix it get it running perfect tidy it up and sell it and get a better bike if anyone has any ideas what could be causing this problem all the time that would would be great cheers ____________________ cbt passed 01/07/2006 bike:92 dt 125 and 96 honda cr 250

hi im going to have to take the head and barrel off again skim it order ANOUTHER head gasket and the one that was on i had just fitted on saturday:( i got told that i should heat the head gasket up before fitting it then put the bolts on go for about a 20 min ride then tighten them again if they are looser is this correct? thanks for the help cheers ____________________ cbt passed 01/07/2006 bike:92 dt 125 and 96 honda cr 250
