Could it be mounted to the frame underneath the tank?

right i had a look under the tank and couldnt find anything black box a like.

but heres the problem i put all the led indicators on the bike and when i start the bike and turn one side on they flash really slow but when i rev the bike they flash at a normal speed (bike ticks over at 1900rpm and they flash slow , and at about 3000rpm they flash normal) could it be my battery being rubbish because my battery has always been at low charge and isnt very good and i never thought of getting a new one because the bike worked fine with out it. Being a kick start and the lights and everything worked ok without the need for a good battery.

could this be the solution to my problem in which buying a new battery will make my led indicators work

thanks for any help or repiles

it certainly sounds like your battery has had its day. if its more than 3 years old change it anyway as it will be a lot better.
as for your flasher unit look for a silver one as well as a black one as it can be either Thumbs Up
if you can, follow a wire back from the indicator to find it.

right i looked for the relay thing around the bike by tracing wired and it came back to the rectifyer? also ive been doing some digging on google and you know and found out that derbi senda's have a rectifyer/relay its a combined unit so im hoping to not have to change that

also on battery terms. yes it is older than 3 years i think its the original and also before i bought the bike it had been stood for a couple of months or more so i think the battery has seen better days.

but the main thing is if i get a new battery will it make my indicators work properly. thanks for the help

when you are revving the motor the volts go up so the flashers are getting what they want, hence they are working fine.
at low revs your 'knackered' battery can not cope.
best to get a volt meter on it.

12v should read at least 12.5v WITHOUT the bike running.
13v+ with it running over 5000rpm

6v should read at least 6.2v without the bike running
nearly 7v+ running over 5000rpm

my guess is yours will be under its volts with the ignition off Thumbs Up

right ok tomos ill get the good old volt metre out, but if the battery is under volt and i buy a new one do you know if it will make my indicators work fine without buying a new relay or resistors

also the normal indicators work fine on the bike at tick over revs ???

thanks

check all your wiring to make sure everything is clean and tight,
especially what you changed as they were 'ok' before the change.
make sure the LED contacts are clean.
check the battery terminals are clean and tight as dirty or loose ones can lose power.
