 |
|
Hi
Trying to connect up a PC to the TV. The video card has an s-video port and we found a suitable lead. Result is an image on the TV, but it is in B&W.
Suspect it is down to the s-video connector on the cable (it is a 4 pin connector, port is a 7 pin but they are meant to be compatible). Best I can find from reading round is that 2 of the 7 pins should be shorted out to get colour. With my soldering ability (ie, none) I don't want to try anything like this.
Any ideas of a good source for a suitable lead?
All the best

Can you change the video card output from/to NTSC or PAL? It could be that the card is outputting NTSC which would appear as B&W on a PAL TV. ____________________ Current bike: VTR1000F Firestorm. Previous: Firestorm (written off) - XJ600 Divvy - NSR125 - DT125 and a load of offroaders. |
