The key to the door of my shed is lost, predictably the door is locked.
The door has a fairly sturdy mortice deadbolt lock, the shed also has windows.
Any ideas on the best method (i.e least damage) to use to break into the shed? ____________________ Space Monkey #7

If they're visible, hacksaw the tops of the hinge pins off and drive them out with a nail. ____________________ Chances are quite high you are not in my Monkeysphere, and I don't care about you. Don't take it personally.

Just tear the door off its hinges if its a wooden one, now just put the hinges on the other side of the the door opening to repair it. ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die. Do as I did to break into a villa in Portugal...
Take the panes of glass out of the windows (provided it's single glazing) Just gently lever off the beading and pop the glass out. You will, of course, need some silicon sealant to replace the glass... which I found in the swimming pool shed thing, but didn't have a gun so had to try and reapply using a broom handle. ____________________ Avast!
