Not sure, but my Dad used to use Corby Kawasaki for plastics for the KX's. Might be worth giving them a ring.
Otherwise your best bet is probably scouring eBay.
Here's a set - I'd repaint them though! ____________________ CBR125|||GSXR400|||CBR400|||CBR400|||CB250RS|||GSXR750|||CB250RS

What exactly is wrong with your current plastics?
If they are just covered in thousands of light scratches, you could 'renovate' them.
Never tried it myself but seen a lot of good results on ThumperTalk.
Basically, get some fine sand paper, some REALLY fine sandpaper. Sand them down with the fine stuff first, obviously it will make them look much worse. Then do the same with the really fine stuff (don't know what grades, sorry), will still look crappy but heres the magic part (magical trevor is your friend!)
Get a heat gun and blast all the plastics. Obviously not to much that they melt (well ok, technically you need them to melt). The heat will melt all the little bits that you just caused by sanding them. This makes them look nice and shiny again.
Even if it is a deep scratch, this method works just takes a bit more work.
I was just thinking and even if the plastics are cracked, you could do some plastic welding (a soldering iron could work to melt the edges together maybe) and then sand it down so its smooth and blast it with your uber hair drier. ____________________ It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt, then it's bloody hilarious!!! |

I fixed up a 91 kmx i had before my cr, obviously the plastics were in a state, changed the front guard for a supermoto polisport one which still suited the bike & front wheel
it had a newer year tank with both plastics either side & what i did to the plastics was i sanded them down really rough to start with in circular motions then really really fine sanded it to take the rough away, then primered them up afew coats & sprayed them with good quality rattle cans back to original. Spent about £45 doing the job & new front guard
sadly no pixs in finshed state because i sold it straight after ____________________ My 1991 CR125 Street Supermoto Spec'd Project Build

I found this thread: https://www.motorcyclephilippines.com/forums/showthread.php?t=188824
It is a Philippino forum, so is a bit of a headfuck reading the mixed english/philippino sentences, but one of the posters (culapol) on that thread seems to be suggesting he fitted Polisport KX plastics to his KMX.
No idea which years, or whether they needed modding.
If you're feeling brave you could try and ask him! ____________________ CBR125|||GSXR400|||CBR400|||CBR400|||CB250RS|||GSXR750|||CB250RS
