It's a 50cc 4 stroke so is never going to be fast.
I doubt there's any restrictors as such but you could always add free flow filter and bigger exhaust and change the jetting which might gain a extra couple of ponies.

Preferably sell it and get a 2 stroke.
Very Happy

Yeah, it's most likely not restricted in anyway, other than maybe a strangled pipe. A decent full system is not worth the cost, for the improvment in BHP.

4 strokes are usually in a low state of tune. And the only way is to get it bored out. Which again isn't worth it.

I only had a quick look on the net and seen 4 stroke mentioned.
Might be worth taking the exhaust off to see if it has a restrictor where the exhaust meets the engine. It's usually just a big clump of weld that you can grind off with a dremmel.

Remove the airbox and see if there's anything slowing down the air flow.Pay attention to the snorkel which may be able to open up a bit or remove it altogether.
Then do a plug chop to make sure it's running well.
Maybe change the gearing(sprockets) a bit which will give you either more top end or better acceleration.
You could probably buy an aftermarket exhaust for it but again it's down to how much you want to spend really.

Can easily make the flow rather worse by removing them. However it is also an easy place to try and restrict the airflow.

Most likely places for a restriction are in the exhaust, with some chance of one in the carb (but most likely they just fitted a small carb to start with).

All the best

i'd say, it'll probably be an exhaust restriction,
your bike is basically uses a copy of the dt50 engine, so there are plenty of tuning parts out there that will work on your bike
