This should make an appearance on my driveway next Saturday.

I guess I had a bad week at work last week.
Anyone want an XR125 or Superfour? I'm running out of space. |

Nice! Is it a 954? That's the best shape fireblade in my opinion. ____________________ Current bikes: suzuki RG125UN wolf. Yamaha MT-07

Some pics pre ride from today.
Bike's not too shabby, needs a little tidying. I'm umming and arring about whether to change the exhaust. Cam chain's a little noisey on start up, but quietens to the usual clutch rumble when up to temperature. Will be looking into getting a replacement tensioner from David Silvers me thinks.
Hugger's standard colour for this vintage of Blade Titz, although will look far better in black. Underseat storage is woeful in comparison to the Superfour's, although adequate to transport enough items for commuting, and far better than the 600RR. Paid a bit over £3k for the bike. 2 previous owners, full history, 16k on the clocks.
Strangely, the Blade feels smaller than the 600 as well - less of a stretch to the bars and a little more comfy for me.

Take it easy, they are very easy to crash as Tatters and I will attest. I think its partially down to the crap BT016 tyres though. ____________________ British beauty: Triumph Street Triple R; Loony stroker: KR1S; Track fun: GSXR750 L1; Commuter Missile: GSX-S1000F
Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another. |

Had the best road tyres money can buy at the time on mine pilot power 2CT,s did,nt help when the bike back fliped and snaped the frame in half or low sided on gravel into a lamp post.
I think becasue they handel so well and are quite powerful its easy to start taking the piss.
Its funny that all the bikes l,ve owned the two 954 blades were the only ones l,ve had bad crashes on, still would love to get another blade. ____________________ Past:NRG50,AF1125(x2),NSR125RR,ZZR250,CX500,VFR400,KR1S,ZZR600(x2),CB400N,YZF1000(x2),KH125,Z200,FX400R,CBR954RR(x2)GPZ500S,GT550,VFR750F(x2),RD350N,XR650R,CBR600F,CB250,KDX250,YZF750R,CRM250,400EXC,KLR650,TTR600RE,DR350S,R100GSPD,RGV250,VMAX1200,DL650,KZ750 Present:G650XC,C12,CRF450X,1190ADV |
