Comedy exhaust Laughing

Wire brush and paint the orange bits on the exhaust, clean or replace the chain and sprockets and you'll have a very nice desireable little bike! Thumbs Up

today i stripped all the fairings off, repaired all the cracks and the deep chunks taken out of it with fibre glass, all sanded down and ready to re-spray back to black

will get some pics of all the fairings off and what they look like now i have repaired them

might give it its first coat of primer tommorow as i have a day off!!!!

Also i have replaced all the bolts in the rear sproket two of them had sheard heads so now there all shiny also cleaned up a bit of the rust in places.

just needs new exhaust chopping and welding together a flywheel cover, new clutch lever, rear brake pads and i can put it in for its mot!!!!! get the project moving on the road

I had a ride on it before i took the fairings off and its very quick for a 125cc going have some fun on it once its done.lol

That is one odd exhaust though.
Just out of curiosity why did you make it so long?

New chain and sprockets by the looks of it, and definitely a new exhaust.

Also give the thing a damn good scrub while all the fairings are off.
