Its from a S1-250 Fuel tap, where the fuel pipe attaches onto the tap.

sorry for the mixed dimensions

its a push fit connection, needing new ones as 2 are very badly corroded.

Cheers in advance Smile

Obviously the barbed end is for the tube is the plain end an interference fit in the tap body then?
If it is you'd have to send me the tap and bit and I could knock you some out in brass then it won't go again, if the plain end isn't an interference fit just the bit will do. Just cover the cost of metal and postage, say £3?

I believe it is an interference fit, and you would be a legend if you could make some up,

Can you PM me some details and I will get the tap and bit sent across to you Razz

Just out of curiosity, how come you stated one in metric and the other in imperial measurements?

Do you have enough material to tap the body then cut a tread on the pipe part and screw it back in with some locktight/sealer or something.

If the original pipe s too corroded you could get some tube the same diameter I should think.

I used those measurements as they were nearest rounded figures on the tape measure (probably wrong anyway)

1/4 inch was easier then 6.35mm and 21mm was easier than 0.82 inches

anyway tap has been sent off to Bezzer who kindly offered to do all the hard work Very Happy
