CG125,.....bit of delay picking up, then takes off like a looney!

Q is, whats causing the lag?

Sounds sort of like you're describing a CG125 apart from the 'takes off like a looney' bit...

i'm guessing that you are wacking the throttle open,bogging it down untill it picks up again



see if your excellerator pump still works if your cg's old

Yea well i reckon its the big end flim flam myself, Might be the turbo system from the cossie i fitted with stickyback plastic and superglue but i highly doubt it as i dont buy cheap superglue

The accelerator pump was fitted so honda could jet the bike leaner without having it bog down when the throttle is quickly cracked open.

So it might well be whats causing the issue that or a serious air leak somewhere
