Welcome to the house of fun!
Ok, CBT.
1. Turn up a bit early, so you can chat & relax a bit before the start.
2. Make sure you have BOTH parts of your licence - or there's no road ride!
3. Either take your own bike-gloves/helmet & decent boots or make sure the school has some to lend you. No gear = no riding.
LISTEN and LEARN, they know all, you know bugger-all.
If you don't understand something or aren't happy with something then say so, after all you're paying for this.

Thats what I've already had in mind, haha. This might sound stupid, but they won't chuck me on a geared biked will they, it'll just be a twist 'n go? |
It's your call, (assuming the school has a geared moped, which they won't) the purpose of the CBT course is simply to get a CBT certificate, then you can ride geared or twisty regardless of what you did the CBT on.
Twist & go is way easier and you'll have a much better chance of ending the day with the certificate in your hand. And since you already have a twist & go, and are likely to stay on one for a year then that's the route I'd take.
As I implied above CBT is NOT proper training, its the absolute bare basics, so don't leave thinking you're in anyway qualified.
I'd recommend forking out a tenner for a hazard perception test practice kit, getting a book on learning to ride, and practice the theory test somewhere like https://www.all4bikers.com/theory/
You have a hell of a lot to learn and having zero road experience you really need to read up as much as you can. I started riding almost a year ago having driven cars for nearly thirty years (getting on for half a million miles) and I've had to really work at it to get safe & confident.

Couple of things NOT to do:
1. Don't play MotoGP/SBK/GTA/Project Gotham before you go.
2. Don't sit on your 'ped revving it's knackers off while your instructors are trying to talk to you. It's bad form.
3. Don't think you know it all. You don't.
4. Try not to fall off.
5. Don't think that once you've done the CBT that's all there is to know. You've got a lifetime of learning ahead.
6. Don't think you're staying on a 'ped while you're a member here. We will harass you until you've graduated onto a geared bike and then done your full test.

Good call. Available online. The 17 year old I was on my CBT with had no bloody idea, shot a red and nearly got pasted.
Remember, it's training, not a test. You're a customer, not a candidate: get your money's worth by asking questions. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Take sarnies & drink. If you smoke, make sure you have fags & lighter. (Ask Instructor where and when you can smoke if you do!)
Get there early. Empty mind of all else. Forget any preconceptions, presumptions, prior knowledge of bikes, powered or otherwise, cars, trucks, or anything else; and soak up the knowledge.
(note book and pen to jot down acronyms and pearls of wisdom, for future reference, can be useful)
and ENJOY.
Its JUST a lesson; you dont have to know fuck all before you begin; just listen and do as you are instructed.
If you struggle; ask for help or advice, dont sit schtumm afraid of looking stupid... you have a wally bib and helmet hair, you look stupid anyway, as will the instructor... though with the occupation having an affinity to baldness we might not have the hair, to suffer helmet hair... but we'll still look a bit daft!
Dont Loose your 'Head' - pay attention to your helmet; don't put it down mindlessly... too easy for them to be knocked about, even run over! Especially when you are paying attention to an instructor talking to you.
DON'T balence helmets on bike seats.
DON'T try and prop them on the back of your head.
They are ON or OFF.
If they are ON, straps done up.
If they are OFF. they go on the floor, on top of gloves, or a secure surface well away from the edge.
NEAT-FEET: my CBT hobby Horse. If your moving, feet on the pegs. If your stopped feet on the floor. "Paddling" is something you do on the beach, NOT on a motorbike.
If a bike isn't moving, it will normally need some support to prop it up... you foot. But as SOON as the wheels are turning, it will aquire its own balence...
If you weren't on the thing, it would, provided the wheels were turning NOT fall over... so SOON as the wheels are turning, or you have got 'drive' starting to apply some shove, get them feet UP on the pegs or foot-boards and out the fucking way!
If you rode a push-bike, you'd start one foot on the pedal, and have your foot up, before other foot had got to the bottom of its stroke, or you wouldn't be able to keep pedelling, would you... motorbike only takes away the need to pedal, but not having pedals or so much to do with your feet, doesn't mean you have to find something and wag them around, to flap them about!
They wont stop the bike falling over, and flapping them around not sure what to do with them is only more likely to make you loose balence!
And leave them there until you are STOPPED. Again. wont do anything to stop you falling unless you're stopped, apart from wagging around making you more wobbly!
Like hats on head, feet are up, or they are down, NO inbetween! NEAT-FEET, keep it tidy.
Rest should all fall into place of its own accord!
