9.15pm Old Norwich Road coming into Ipswich.. just before the Shell garage.
Two piggies in a t5 sitting waiting to catch the poor unsuspecting.
Been there for over half an hour now !

Pretty much describes my daily commute, what's the problem here |
Well if you ever hear the RoSPA / BikeSafe / etc. coppers go on about filtering, this is well beyond what they'd consider making progress safely. They wouldn't do it on a marked bike I don't think.
Do you filter at 80 on your SH300? Mine just about tops out at 86mph per GPS, my old one (now belongs to my GF) hit the rev limiter at 80mph, but I have slightly different weights in the variator. Acceleration is pretty scarce to come by at that speed, so I would not typically filter on it at 80 unless I was being tailgated or something. ____________________ Bikes: S1000R, SH350; Exes: Vity 125, PS125, YBR125, ER6f, VFR800, Brutale 920, CB600F, SH300x4

Well on a level motorway it will get up to about 85-86 on the clock, and I have filtered at that but very rarely and only under certain circumstances. I happily filter at 50-60, maybe 70 at times too.
As for the Z...
Get outta jail clause: this is of course all pure make believe as I wouldn't dream of going over any posted speed limit. ____________________ Current: '07 Suzuki SV1000 & '07 Honda SH300i (again).

A friend of mine (yes, a second-hand anecdote) worked at a main dealer.
She told me that the same unmarked vehicles came in from time-to-time with different plates. Apparently the vehicles have three registrations so they can be rotated. I'd love to think this was true but hate the thought of it too. ____________________ 22PlusY

How could she tell they weren't different cars? The police don't exactly use a hugely varied selection of cars, it's usually BMWs, Volvos, Skoda Octavia's, Omega's and Insignias. The "police interceptors" in the Evo's and Scooby's are so far from subtle that I'd expect to notice those cars regardless of whether or not they're pig-wagons. My point being, it could easily be 3 different cars, of the same colour/model.

She was working in the service dept. and was using VIN numbers to record work. ____________________ 22PlusY
