I'm after a couple of 25.4mm id x 32mm od x 0.5mm washers preferably in aluminium, brass or copper. I've searched the 'net and ebay and cannot find anything near. Is anyone aware of where I might get a couple made? Sizes are not precise and can be a bit bigger.

Cheers Pete. Tolerance are not critical. the ID needs to be over 25.4 plus 1/2mm is fine. OD is even less important, anywhere between 31 and 33 is good. Laughing Thickness 0.5mm within 0.1?

Hi

Is other than the thickness these seem to match:-

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Copper-Washer-Sealing-Washers-25-4mm/dp/B00AJ6EOKM/ref=sr_1_13?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1388962631&sr=1-13&keywords=26Mm+Copper+Sealing+Washer

Grind them down to 0.5mm?

All the best

Keith

I'd let you on the bike before I let you on my lathe Clobber, and I'd be more upset if someone crashed the lathe too Smile

Yes it's an early 10ee. I was so lucky even finding one in the UK let alone being the only person to bid on it. Best £500 I ever spent.

"...today the Monarch 10EE Precision Toolroom lathe has a well-established reputation as one of the finest small lathes it is possible to buy. "
