 |
|
Throttle cable snapped in my Honda lead SCV 100 and I'm wondering how difficult is it to replace it by myself.
I've already ordered a replacement (10£) and been quoted 60-80£ for a mechanic to come over and replace it.
I've tried to find instructions online though only found this:
https://www.ehow.co.uk/how_7652496_replace-throttle-cable-scooter.html
Is it easy enough to replace it myself and is there anything that could go wrong?
Under which panel is the carburettor located in honda lead? (i've did a quick search online with no luck, though will try again)
Any help will be much appreciated! |

Run the new cable alongside the old, connect it and then remove the old one. That way you know you've got the correct route. |
